Our group classes are designed to teach Pilates in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. We work to a maximum class size of 12 to ensure close supervision and support.
We are able to provide one to one sessions to address any individual needs that may not easily be met in a group environment. A prepared personal programme is provided with the undivided attention of an instructor.

Jan Nicholson is a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor and as such works to a Code of Practice that governs teaching standards and ethics, and ensures continuation of professional development.
What to Wear
Wear something comfortable, it is best to practise barefoot or wearing socks.
